The property consists of five adjacent fields in Kato Koutrafas. They are located 1km from the center of the community and 500m from the main road Astromeritis - Kato Koutrafas. The fields have a total area of 49,167sqm. Access is obtained through a network of registered and unregistered earth roads. The immediate area of the properties is the “UN Buffer Zone”, wherein access is not prohibited, while it is characterized strictly by agricultural uses and wild vegetation.
