Limassol leads the districts

Limassol showed the highest quarterly growth overall, driven by a sharp rise in warehouse values and gains in apartments. Nicosia, Paphos and Famagusta recorded more modest increases, mainly in houses and apartments. Larnaca was broadly unchanged in most sectors apart from offices, and retail values in Nicosia declined.

Rents and yields

Rents continued to rise year on year, led by apartments (+4.8%) and holiday apartments (+2.9%). Yields edged slightly lower over the year in most categories. Apartments were the exception, with the yield rising from 5.40% to 5.42%.
