Yes. We fully coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and emergency issues. All expenses for materials and third-party contractors are pre-approved by the owner. Costs are deducted from monthly rental income, and accompanied by invoices and receipts. For large renovations or upgrades, we provide project supervision, budgeting, and contractor management.
Yes. Owners have access to regular statements, including: Rental income, Maintenance and operational expenses, Management fees, Deposits held and released, Outstanding balances, Invoice copies and supporting documents
We follow a structured and transparent process: Professional photography & listing optimization, Advertising on local and international platforms, Background and affordability checks, Drafting and signing of rental agreements, Collection of deposits and initial payments, Full move-in inspection with a report and photos, Move-out control and reconciliation of damages (if any)
Yes. We can take care of: Electricity, water, internet, Common expenses, Municipal taxes (where applicable). All payments are tracked and shown in your owner reports.
Deposits are collected, safely stored, and used only in case of: Damage caused by tenants, Unpaid bills, Unpaid rent. Any deductions are documented with evidence, photos, and invoices.
We can help with: Rental contract drafting according to Cyprus law, Registration of contracts (if required), Guidance on tax obligations related to rental income, Cooperation with your accountant or tax representative. We do not provide legal or tax advice but coordinate with certified professionals.
