The assets are multiple shares of fields at different locations, in Agios Dimitrianos. They are near the centre of the village, in close proximity to as well as near Psathi and Melamiou villages.

The 14 fields together have a combined area, of 110,257sqm.

The fields abut on a non-registered road, apart from two fields (reg.no. 0/3381 & 0/2482) that abut on a registered road. Within the field with Reg. No. 0/2482, there is an old building with a collapsed roof with built area of 60sqm.
